9:00-10:00 – Welcoming the partners in HSFM “Intellect”. Greeting from Mr. Raykov – the principal of our school. Reception.
10:00-10:50 – Short presentations about the history of the participants and their Independence days. Venue- the School Library.
11:00-11:50 – Education systems in the participant’s countries– presentations at the school library.
12:00-13:00 – Traditional song or dance presented by the students or a video file. Brief introduction to the participant’s folklore – tunes, costumes, instruments. After the presentations students (and why not teachers) can try to dance or sing something from the other countries. Who manages the best will receive a prize.
13:00-14:00 – Lunch at school.
14:00-16:00 – Students will be grouped into international teams. After getting to know each other, doing some ice breaking activities, participants will discuss the national stereotypes and will negotiate the rules for the codex of friendship. By the end of the meeting the ideas will be gathered into a booklet.
15:00-16:00 – Meeting between the coordinator and the contact people.
16:15-17:00 – Exhibition of traditional food recipes. Tasting or drinking something typical for the countries.
17:30-18:30 – Downtown walk. Sightseeing.
18:30 – Accommodation and dinner with the host families. Free time.

Educational trip: - Pleven – Lovetch – Veliko Turnovo – Troyan Monastery – Pleven.
8:00 – Departure.
8:30 – 9:00 – Short stay in Lovetch for taking some photos of the covered bridge over the Osum river.
9:15 – Departure for Veliko Turnovo.
11:30 – Visit of the church “St. 40 Martyrs” built and decorated during the reign of Tsar Ivan Asen II. In it can be seen some of the most emblematic artifacts of the Bulgarian historical past. Time for taking photos of the fortress “Tsarevets” – an archeological reserve.
12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch in Veliko Turnovo.
14:00 – 15:00 – Walk along the Samovodska tsharshiya – a street where you can feel the spirit, traditions and the romance of the Bulgarian revival period. There are different craft shops there – producing pottery, weapons, coppersmiths, there are workshops for candy, old photography etc.
15:00 – Departure for Troyan Monastery “The Dormition of the Mother of God”.
16:30 – 17:30 – Sightseeing.
17:45 – Departure for Pleven.
19:00 – Arrival in Pleven. Accommodation and dinner with the host families. Free time.

9:00-10:00 – Meeting at HSFM “Intellect” – participants will present a traditional for their country spring holiday.
10:00-10:30 Coffee break.
10:30 – 11:30 – Work in international teams for making martenitsas. An exhibition and a contest for the most original martenitsa will be held. The winner will be awarded.
12:40 - 3:20 – Organized in small groups foreign students and teachers with the assistance of their Bulgarian hosts will attend classes in English, Bulgarian Language, History, Geography, Physical Education, IT. Our guests will have the chance to see how our lessons are organized and to share their experience.
13:30-14:30 – Lunch at school – traditional food prepared by our students and their families.
15:00 – 16:00 - With transport organized by our school we’ll have a visit to the museum “Panorama – Pleven Epopee – 1877” – very important monument for the liberation of our town.
17:00-18:00 – Visit of the Wine museum situated in the picturesque park Kailuka near our town.
18:30 – Accommodation and dinner with the host families. Free time.

10:00-12:30 – Visit of the cathedral temple “St. Alexander Nevski”. Guided walk in the central part of Sofia – the building of the Parliament, the monument of Tsar Osvoboditel, The National Library “St. Kyril and Metodius”, Bulgarian National Bank, The Presidency, The building of the Ministry Officials, The rotunda “St. George”, the statue of aya Sofia. Visit of the archeological museum – situated in the Bujuk mosque – the oldest building in Sofia from the period of the ottoman rule, dating back to the 15th century.
13:00-15:00 – free time for lunch in a nearby moll.
15:30 – Visit of the National Historical Museum – a place where relics of worldwide importance are kept with more that 650 000 exhibits and vast archeological and historical archive is housed.
17:00 – Departure for Pleven.

10:00-11:00 - Work meeting of the teachers at hotel Rostov. Analyses of the results and future project management.
11:00 – 12:00 – Teachers and students will take part in the festivities organized by the municipality of Pleven in order to commemorate the National Liberation Day of the Republic of Bulgaria.
12:00-14:00 – free time for lunch.
14:30 – Meeting at HSFM “Intellect”.
14:45-16:30 – Photo contest.
16:30 – 17:00 – Formal awarding of the participation certificates. Venue – Europe hall.
17:30:19:00 – Free time.
19:30 – Farewell formal dinner in traditional folk atmosphere, tasting traditional food, listening to folk music and learning to dance Bulgarian folk dances.
