Our project will last 2 years and involves 7 schools with more than 70 teachers and 2500 students. 3 Transnational meetings and 4 combined training activities in term of curriculum connected to learning through English are planned in order to recognize and implement a set of skills of 21st century.
M1)Poland: (10/2016) An important part of the project focuses on creating a kit: CLIL as a Bridge to Real life English, which will contain 5 main chapters. This tool will be both online and traditional and will be used during particular classes.
Another part of the project is dealing with European Linguistic Portfolio and European Club as training and learning activities within mobility, learning and production. Students mobility’s and face-to-face learning at different national locations within the participant home institutions support these activities. During the two years of the project the students will work on a number of activities foreseen to help them become aware of their strengths and areas to be improved.
M2) Slovakia (09/ 2017) after the first year of the project; evaluation; discussing successes and deciding on improvements; attending the teacher training on CLIL in school practice; exchanging ideas on teaching English outside the classroom- preparing a booklet with the most useful and effective methods; preparing digital and paper versions of The Codex; preparing dissemination activities
M3) Italy (06/2018) evaluation after 2 years of the project; preparing final report, supervising the participants; SWOT analysis; discussing the results of the project, preparing dissemination activities.
In the project meetings will be involved the key persons having skills and competences needed for the concrete activities and external professionals ( psychologist, advisor) who will run the training for teachers. We intend to gather all hosting school teachers at such events.
